Anthony C. Puntasecca

Anthony focuses on commercial and business litigation. He assists clients with disputes involving breach of contract and other commercial claims, business torts, shareholder and partnership disputes, breach of fiduciary duty claims, and restrictive covenants. He works with large corporations, small and middle-market companies, and closely held and family-owned businesses.

Anthony assists with all aspects of litigation, including drafting pleadings, discovery requests and responses, motion practice, and trial preparation. His year at the trial court level provides him a practical, court-informed perspective on how motions are decided and how disputes are litigated and resolved.

Before joining Archer, Anthony served as a law clerk to the Honorable Kelly A. Conlon, J.S.C. of the Bergen County Superior Court.

Anthony earned his J.D., cum laude, from the University of Miami School of Law, where he served as Executive Editor of the University of Miami Inter-American Law Review and was a member of the First Generation Law Association.
