Judge Raymond A. Batten (Ret.) Named to National Academy of Distinguished Neutrals

Archer is pleased to announce the Hon. Raymond A. Batten (Ret.) was recently inducted into the New Jersey Chapter of the National Academy of Distinguished Neutrals (NADN). Judge Batten is a leader in the area of ADR and heads Archer’s ADR practice. NADN membership is by invitation only and limited to a select group of neutrals in each state.
