Nilufer DeScherer, Gary Green and Thomas Herten to Speak at NJ Bankers 27th Lending Conference

What: NJBankers has designed a conference that is timely, informative and intended to keep you up-to-date on the latest developments in today's residential and commercial mortgage markets.

Your morning will begin with a presentation on “The Need for Strategic Agility”. Following the presentation will be Edward Butler, Esq., of McCarter & English who will discuss case law affecting the lending industry. Next we will have remarks from Ken Kobylowski, Commissioner, New Jersey Department of Banking and Insurance. After a break with our exhibitors, attendees will be able to choose between our morning Residential breakout session, “Quality Control” with Frank Cammarata, of Cammarata Associates or the Commercial breakout session, “Utilizing Interest Rate Derivatives as Competitive  Advantage”, with Jim Beattie and Jason Lange, of Chatham Financial Corp. After the morning sessions, attendees will enjoy a Networking Reception with Exhibitors followed by our luncheon, where we will have a presentation on the Economic Outlook for 2015 presented by Dr. William C. Dunkelberg, of National Federation of Independent Businesses.

The conference will conclude with two afternoon sessions. The Residential breakout session on “Upcoming RESPA/TILA Changes”, with Asaad Faquir, RSK Compliance Solutions and the Commercial breakout session on “Loan Participations” with Niluffer DeScherer, Gary Green and Thomas Herten of Archer.
