Anthony R. La Ratta, Esquire, of the Estate & Trust Services Department of Archer 
P.C. in Haddonfield, N.J., will serve on the faculty of the 13th Annual New Jersey Trust & Estate Law Forum, presented on Oct. 24, 2011, by the New Jersey Institute of Continuing Legal Education (NJICLE) in cooperation with the New Jersey State Bar Association (NJSBA).
Designed primarily for more experienced practitioners, this annual Forum brings together some of the state’s most authoritative trust and estate planning practitioners, including Mr. La Ratta, to discuss compelling issues that affect their practices. The event takes place at the New Jersey Law Center in New Brunswick.
The session is designed to help attorneys counsel clients in areas including estate planning, probate litigation, and more. It will also include a timely discussion of current legislative developments relating to trust and estate law. Some tax issues will be discussed, but the majority of the program will focus on New Jersey trust and estate law issues.
The program has been approved by the Board on Continuing Legal Education of the Supreme Court of New Jersey for 6.8 hours of total CLE credit, including 1.0 hours of credit for ethics/professionalism.
