Real Estate Partner Michael Stutman Joins Archer in Philadelphia

Archer continues to advance its strategic growth in Philadelphia with the addition of Michael J. Stutman as a partner in the firm’s Real Estate Practice.

With over 25 years of experience, Michael is recognized for providing strategic counsel to clients across diverse industries and asset types. He represents developers, investors, property owners, lenders, and businesses in all phases of commercial real estate, from acquisition and financing to development, leasing, and management, and also advises clients on corporate and transactional matters such as mergers, joint ventures, and securing grants, loans, and tax incentives.

Michael earned his J.D., cum laude, from Temple University Beasley School of Law and his B.S. from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School.

Prior to joining Archer, Michael was a partner at High Swartz LLP and previously founded and led his own firm, The Law Office of Michael J. Stutman, LLC.
