Archer Welcomes Class of 2025 Summer Associates

Archer is excited to kick off its 2025 Summer Associate Program, welcoming eight exceptional law students from six distinguished universities. Each year, Archer’s program attracts talented students from across the region, and this year’s class brings a broad range of experiences and perspectives to the firm.

Throughout the eight-week program, these aspiring attorneys will work alongside seasoned professionals on active matters, gaining hands-on experience across Archer’s diverse practice areas. Based out of the firm’s Voorhees and Hackensack offices, participants will engage in real legal work, collaborate with attorneys across departments, and contribute meaningfully to internal and client-facing projects.

“We are thrilled to welcome this outstanding class of summer associates,” said Sarah Gribbin, Chair of Archer’s Hiring Committee and Co-Chair of the Summer Program. “They will have the opportunity to work closely with attorneys in all areas of practice and to work on meaningful and substantive legal assignments. We want our summer associates to really get a feel for what it’s like to be an attorney at Archer and to experience the collegiality of Archer’s culture.”

“It is always a very exciting time when we get to welcome the newest class of Archer summer associates,” according to Charlie Dennen, Co-Chair of the Summer Program, and member of Archer’s Hiring Committee. “The summer program is a great opportunity for the summer associates to gain valuable experience and build lasting relationships through thought-provoking and challenging assignments. We also pride ourselves on building an atmosphere of comradery among our summer associates through the program, which also includes social events and overall firm engagement.

Archer’s summer associates will benefit from one-on-one mentoring, targeted training, and structured professional development opportunities. They’ll also have the chance to observe litigation firsthand through court appearances, client meetings, mediations, and depositions. The program is rounded out by a variety of social events and networking activities, giving students the chance to build lasting relationships with colleagues in a welcoming and supportive environment.

With a strong focus on mentorship, development, and practical experience, Archer’s Summer Associate Program continues to serve as a meaningful steppingstone for future legal careers.

Archer’s 2025 Summer Associates Class:

Benjamin Cornelius is a rising 3L student at Penn State Dickinson Law School. He is working in Archer’s Voorhees office. Benjamin earned his B.S., summa cum laude, from Norwich University.

Elisabeth (Alex) Garcia is a rising 2L student at Rutgers Law School. She is working in Archer’s Voorhees office. Elisabeth earned her B.A. from Rutgers University.

Kristina Goshorn is a rising 3L student at Rutgers Law School. She is working in Archer’s Voorhees office. Kristina earned her B.A., magna cum laude, from Albright College.

Nicole LaMagra is a rising 3L student at Widener University Delaware Law School. She is working in Archer’s Voorhees office. Nicole earned her B.A., cum laude, from Ramapo College of New Jersey.

Stephen Mallozzi is a rising 3L student at Temple University Beasley School of Law. He is working in Archer’s Voorhees office. Stephen earned his B.A. from University of Virginia.

Andrew Marino is a rising 3L student at Seton Hall School of Law. He is working in Archer’s Hackensack office. Andrew earned his B.A. from Denison University.

Pranav Ramesh is a rising 3L student at Temple University Beasley School of Law. He is working in Archer’s Voorhees office. Pranav earned his B.A., summa cum laude, from Rutgers University.

Shanelle Tate is a rising 2L student at Seton Hall University School of Law. She is working in Archer’s Hackensack office. Shanelle earned her B.A. from Rutgers University.
