NJ's Summer Associate Hiring Crunch Gives Way to Search for Experienced Young Talent
In a Law.com article, Archer President Marc Rollo discusses the firm’s continued commitment to hiring talented new attorneys amid a changing market for junior legal talent. Marc noted that while some firms are moving toward hiring more experienced candidates, Archer has continued to hire new law school graduates. This September, Archer will welcome six new associates, including three recent law school graduates and three attorneys coming out of clerkships. Marc also highlighted the competitive nature of the market, noting that because Archer frequently competes with larger firms for talent, “we have to move quickly and really show a lot of interest and immediate interest in a candidate.”
