Corporate Paralegal – Full Time
Archer & Greiner. P.C. is seeking an experienced, full-time Corporate Paralegal to join its Voorhees, New Jersey or Philadelphia, Pennsylvania office. We offer a competitive salary, a comprehensive benefits package, and a collegial, team-oriented work environment.
Responsibilities:
This position includes, without limitation, the following core duties:
- Prepare and file certificates of incorporation, annual reports, organizational documents, and dissolution filings.
- Conduct corporate due diligence, including preparing checklists and schedules, reviewing documents, and tracking delivery and execution.
- Prepare corporate minutes, resolutions, and certifications.
- Draft and file UCC financing statements, amendments, and terminations.
- Maintain minute books and other corporate records.
- Obtain and analyze lien searches, formation documents and entity good standing certificates
- Assist with transactional closings.
- Assist in the preparation and filing of trademark and patent applications, maintenance filings, renewals, assignments, and security interests.
- Manage deadlines, filings, and client communications related to trademark applications and registrations, patents and patent applications, and maintenance matters.
Qualifications:
Qualified candidates must have:
- A Bachelor’s degree and/or Paralegal Certificate.
- At least 5+ years of corporate paralegal experience, preferably with a mid-size or larger law firm.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize assignments while producing consistently high-quality work.
- Experience with franchise and/or non-profit registrations and other filings a plus
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with attorneys, staff, and clients.
Salary and Benefits:
Archer & Greiner, P.C. offers a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package. The salary range for this position is $68,000 to $80,000, commensurate with experience.

Job Description Summary:
Archer is seeking a Business Development Manager responsible for implementing business development strategies that support the firm's overall growth, enhance existing client relationships, and expand the firm's client base. The Business Development Manager will report to the Chief Business Development Officer and will work full-time in the Voorhees, NJ or Philadelphia, PA office.
Responsibilities:
- Work with assigned practice areas and industry groups to develop, execute, and track strategic business development initiatives.
- Design and implement initiatives that strengthen and expand relationships with current clients and cultivate business with prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned attorneys, serving as a trusted advisor and driving the development and execution of their individual business development plans.
- Coordinate with the business development team in the strategic development and management of prospective client pitches, proposals, and RFPs.
- Provide ongoing client, prospect, and industry research, as well as business and competitive intelligence and analysis on emerging markets and industry trends, to better position the firm in winning new business.
- Collaborate with attorneys and business development and marketing teams to prepare research and marketing materials for meetings with prospective clients.
- Assess the quality and value of business events and trade/industry organizations, focusing attorneys’ efforts on events and organizations with high potential. Support attorneys in developing and evaluating leads with viable companies and contacts through pre- and post-event follow-up.
- Actively participate in key business and industry professional organizations, identifying partnership opportunities to enhance the position of the firm, practice groups, and individual attorneys in the marketplace.
- Assist with overseeing the evaluation, approval, and processing of attorney membership dues and sponsorship opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of related experience, preferably in a law firm or professional services environment.
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly communicate ideas to various audiences with exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage and implement multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment.
- Demonstrated critical thinking skills, including the ability to gather, analyze, and apply research and data to make recommendations consistent with business goals.
- Ability to quickly establish and maintain the trust and confidence of key stakeholders and act as a strategic advisor.
- High sense of responsibility, accountability, and focus on responsiveness.
- Discretion in handling sensitive firm matters.
- Advanced skills in MS Office suite, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, as well as Adobe Acrobat and marketing databases.
- Flexibility and willingness to attend events, meetings, and respond to issues outside of business hours.
Salary and Benefits:
Archer & Greiner P.C. offers a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package. The salary range for this position is $115,000.00-$125,000.00 commensurate with experience.

Archer & Greiner, P.C. is seeking an experienced, full-time Legal Administrative Assistant to join its Princeton office. This position supports attorneys in the tax appeal practice group and handles office administrative duties. It requires a high level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail. Legal Administrative Assistant (DP Specialist)
Archer & Greiner, P.C. seeks a full-time Legal Administrative Assistant to work in its Document Production Center in the Voorhees, NJ office. Hours are Monday through Friday, 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
At Archer, we are passionate about developing talent and providing hands-on experience across the full spectrum of legal work. The Team in the Document Production Center works with the latest equipment and software and handles legal work from the attorneys in all practice groups at the Firm.
