Part Time Office Assistant (Practice Group Assistant and File Clerk)
Archer and Greiner is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Office Assistant to join the Business Counseling department in our Voorhees Office. The ideal candidate will perform a variety of administrative tasks.
This is a part-time position reporting to the Human Resources Support Staff Manager. The hours are 9:00 am-5:00 pm, 2-3 days a week. We offer a competitive salary and a collegial work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- File, organize, and maintain the Department’s documents and records.
- Assist with data entry, including updating and maintaining databases.
- Perform general administrative duties, such as photocopying, scanning, opening, and closing files.
- Assist with various administrative projects as needed.
- Provide support for other departmental tasks that arise.
- Occasionally cover Receptionist Desk.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of all legal documents and information.
Qualifications:
- Have a High School Diploma or equivalent (Associate Degree preferred).
- Possess two years of law firm experience (preferred).
- Demonstrate strong communication skills.
- Prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Exhibit proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Show excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
