Trust & Estate Litigation Attorney - Voorhees, NJ
Archer & Greiner (“Archer”), P.C. is seeking a Trust & Estate Litigation attorney to be based in its Voorhees, NJ, Princeton, NJ, or Philadelphia, PA offices. Our Trust & Estate Litigation Practice serves a diverse clientele that includes individual beneficiaries, trustees, executors, administrators, guardians, and personal representatives, as well as financial institutions acting in fiduciary capacities. We represent clients in matters ranging from straightforward estate disputes to complex, multi-party litigation involving significant assets. Qualified candidates should have experience in all phases of litigation, including depositions, court appearances, discovery strategies, and motion practice. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with attorneys across multiple offices in a collegial and collaborative environment. We are seeking a self-motivated attorney, capable of managing significant responsibility while working independently and efficiently. The successful candidate will have excellent case analysis, research, writing, and drafting skills.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of litigation experience
- Superior research and analytical skills, combined with persuasive writing and oral advocacy strengths
- Admission to both the New Jersey and Pennsylvania Bars is required.
- Experience with New Jersey and Pennsylvania trust and estate litigation preferred, but not required.
Salary and Benefits
Archer offers a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package. The salary range for this position is $170,000 - $185,000, commensurate with related experience, with an incentive bonus offered on originations.
