Trust & Estate Associate - Voorhees, NJ
Archer is seeking a Trust & Estate Associate to join its Private Wealth, Estates & Trusts Practice Group in its Voorhees, New Jersey office. Qualified candidates will have a minimum of three to five years’ experience and be admitted to both the New Jersey and Pennsylvania Bars. Experience in taxation or business counseling during college or law school is preferred.
Candidates should have experience drafting Last Wills and Testaments, revocable and irrevocable trusts, Durable Powers of Attorney, Living Wills and Advance Healthcare Directives. On the administration side, candidates should have experience in all aspects of probate matters, including intestacy proceedings, probate of Wills, marshaling and inventorying estate assets, and preparation of federal and state death tax returns.
Our Trusts & Estates Group has a long and distinguished history providing estate planning, business succession planning, charitable gift and elder law planning, estate and trust administration and litigation services, and tax services to individuals, professionals, and institutions.
We are seeking a self-motivated attorney capable of managing significant responsibility while working both independently and collaboratively. The successful candidate will have strong academic credentials and excellent analytical, research, writing, communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Compensation & Benefits
Salary range: $150,000–$163,000, commensurate with experience.
