Trust & Estate Administrator - Voorhees, NJ
Archer & Greiner (“Archer”), P.C., one of the region’s leading full-service law firms, is seeking a Trust & Estate Administrator to join our Private Wealth, Estates & Trusts Practice Group in our Voorhees, NJ office. This is a full-time, in-office position, Monday through Friday.
The Trust & Estate Administrator will manage a broad range of trust and estate matters, including tax returns preparation, fiduciary accounting, estates and trust administration, document preparation, and client case management.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with probate, trust and estate administration processes from inception through closing.
- Prepare and file inheritance, estate, and gift tax returns.
- Prepare and review fiduciary accountings.
- Prepare and file fiduciary income tax returns.
- Provide responsive and exceptional service to the firm’s clients on trust and estate matters.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in inheritance and estate tax return preparation required.
- 3+ years of experience in fiduciary accounting preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in fiduciary income and gift tax return preparation preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree and/or Paralegal certificate required.
- Experience in trust & estate administration planning preferred.
- Prior law firm experience preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
Salary and Benefits
Archer offers a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package. The salary range for this position is $80,000 – $105,000, commensurate with experience.
