Eight New Associates Join Archer

The law firm of Archer, P.C., announced today that eight associates have joined the firm.

The firm’s newest associates:

Christine S. Baxter obtained her law degree from Rutgers University School of Law-Camden, and her Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Wake Forest University. She joins Archer’s Haddonfield office in the Commercial Litigation Practice Group. She lives in Philadelphia.

Jason F. Cotter obtained his law degree from Rutgers University School of Law-Camden, and his Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from North Carolina State University. A registered patent agent, Cotter joins Archer’s Corporate Department in Haddonfield. He lives in Collingswood.

Eric D. Dakhari obtained his law degree from Rutgers University School of Law-Newark, and his Bachelor of Business Administration from Georgia State University. He will practice in the firm’s Petroleum Marketing & Industries Practice Group in Haddonfield. A native of Atlanta, he lives in Sicklerville.

Dwayne B. Duncan obtained his law degree from Rutgers University School of Law-Newark, and his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the State University of New York at Albany. He recently completed a judicial clerkship with the Hon. Peter D. Pizzuto, Tax Court of New Jersey, in Hackensack. He will be based in Archer’s office in Princeton as a member of the firm’s Real Estate Tax Appeal Practice Group. He lives in New Brunswick.

Christine A. Fodor obtained her law degree from Mercer University in Macon, Ga., and a Bachelor of Arts in English from Georgian Court University. Earlier this year she earned her Master of Laws degree (LLM) in Taxation from Beasley School of Law at Temple University. She will be based in Archer’s Haddonfield office as a member of the Estate & Trust Services Department.

Jennie A. Owens obtained her law degree from Rutgers University School of Law-Camden, and her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, also from Rutgers University in Camden. Her experience includes a clerkship with the Hon. Charles M. Rand of the New Jersey Superior Court, Family Part, in Camden. Owens joins Archer’s Family & Matrimonial Services Department in the Haddonfield office. She lives in Mount Laurel.

Benjamin H. Perkel obtained his law degree from Rutgers University School of Law-Camden, and his Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Rutgers University in New Brunswick. Perkel joins the firm in the Land Use Department, based in the Haddonfield office. He lives in Cherry Hill.

Matthew N. Sanchez obtained his law degree from Rutgers University School of Law-Camden, and his Bachelor of Sciences in Environmental Policy from Cook College in New Brunswick. He will practice with Archer’s Debtor/Creditor Group in Haddonfield. A native of Haddonfield, he lives in Camden.
