Archer’s Summer Associate Program
Thank you for your interest in Archer & Greiner, P.C.’s Summer Associate Program. As of now, the Program is filled, and we are no longer accepting applicants for Summer 2023.
Getting the right start with the right firm is critical to a legal career. Many of our associates began their careers through the summer associate program at Archer. Archer’s summer associate program offers law students unmatched opportunities to gain real-world experience working with the firm’s attorneys, staff and clients, and provides a true sample of life as a first-year associate at Archer. All the while, you’ll learn from and work alongside, some of the top attorneys in their respective fields. Through a structured, broad-based curriculum, we’ll introduce you to all the tools you need to become a highly effective attorney.
Summer associates will have opportunities to learn the depth of Archer’s attorney roster and client matters, across all the firm’s practice groups. The program focuses on exposing you to meaningful work assignments which allow for collaboration with attorneys at different experience levels. Summer associates will have opportunities to attend client conferences, court hearings, depositions and more. Archer’s summer associate program has a “team mentoring” approach. Each summer associate will have a team of mentors to provide additional opportunities for bonding and collaboration between the summer associates and the firm’s attorneys. The firm will host happy hours, social events and networking sessions to ensure summer associates have a good sense of Archer’s unique culture.
Archer seeks law students who are considering New Jersey, New York and the Philadelphia metropolitan area as the place where they want to live and practice law. Additionally, it is important to us that a candidate’s experience shows demonstrated excellence in academic pursuits, intellectual curiosity, a strong work ethic, willingness to work in teams, commitment to inclusivity, and to our community.
We look forward to hearing from you. Please feel free to email your resume, along with a copy of your transcript and a recent writing sample to firstname.lastname@example.org.
