Archer attorney Bruce M. Gorman Jr. was recently elected to a two-year term as President of the Board of Directors of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Mercer County (BBBSMC). Bruce joined BBBSMC in 2009 as a big brother. In 2016, Bruce joined the BBBSMC Board of Directors, and served as Treasurer from 2017-2020. The Board of Directors provides support and oversight of the agency, in conjunction with the Executive Director, serving children and families in the Mercer County area.
Big Brothers Big Sisters of Mercer County has served the Mercer County community for 47 years, providing services for at-risk youth – particularly those living in single-parent homes. A vital part of the social service structure of Mercer County, BBBSMC serves over 600 children annually.
