Brittney Cafero Elected to Board of the Rutgers University Alumni Association

Brittney A. Cafero, an Associate in the firm’s Haddonfield office, was recently elected to the Board of Trustees of the Rutgers University Alumni Association (RUAA). Ms. Cafero began serving her three-year term on November 14th.

The RUAA serves more than 486,000 alumni from all university locations. The purpose of the association is to advance the best interests and well-being of Rutgers University by engaging all alumni in the life of the institution through communication, programming, services, and volunteer opportunities. The Board of the Rutgers University Alumni Association has authority over the affairs of the RUAA. The Board partners with the Department of Alumni Relations in the core functions of the department to further the goals of the mission of the RUAA.

As a Board Member, Ms. Cafero will partner with the Department of Alumni Relations in the oversight, management and operations of the RUAA, share ideas about how best to engage alumni in the life of the university, and promote interest among alumni in attending alumni events.

Ms. Cafero is a member of Archer’s Estate & Trust Litigation Group. She obtained her law degree from Rutgers University School of Law and graduated with honors. While in law school, she served on the Executive Board of the Rutgers Journal of Law & Public Policy. Ms. Cafero was awarded the Rutgers Alumni Foundation Scholarship and the Haneman-Perskie Scholarship administered by the Atlantic County Bar Association. Ms. Cafero also serves on the Board of Advisors of the American Cancer Society, South Jersey Region.
