Archer Partner, Brian M. Nelson, was recently elected President of the Board of Trustees of the non-profit organization 180 Turning Lives Around. 180 Turning Lives Around empowers survivors and families affected by domestic violence and sexual assault to find the courage and strength to turn their lives around. 180 supports this mission through: 24/7 hotlines – including the 2NDFloor Youth Helpline, counseling, legal advocacy, emergency shelter and transitional housing and art, play and music therapy for children.
Brian serves as the Chair of Archer’s State and Local Law & Government Affairs Practice Group. He represents public, private and non-profit corporations in relation to redevelopment, public-private partnerships, economic development, and governmental and regulatory affairs matters throughout New Jersey. Brian currently serves as a Trustee on the Riverview Medical Center Foundation Board, and as a member of the Emerging Leaders Council of the Center for Real Estate at the Rutgers University School of Business. He has also previously served as a member of the Board of the New Jersey Economic Development Authority.
