Congratulations to Archer partner, Benjamin D. Morgan, who was confirmed to a New Jersey Superior Court judgeship on Sept. 12th. The confirmation occurred at the State House during the upper chamber’s last scheduled voting session until November.
Ben, a litigation trial attorney, has been with Archer since September 2007. He serves as trial counsel to corporations, small businesses and individuals with business-related disputes. He graduated with a J.D. and M.B.A. from Rutgers School of Law and Rutgers School of Business in 2006. He earned his undergraduate degree from Wake Forest University in Winston-Salem, North Carolina.
Archer President Christopher Gibson said, “Ben has been a valued member of the business litigation, construction, insurance and appellate practice groups. He has been a wonderful mentor and supervising attorney, devoting his time and attention to the development of associates in the litigation group. We could not be more proud of Ben and this well-deserved honor.”
After law school, Ben clerked for now-retired Supreme Court Justice John Wallace Jr. In 2017, he was a recipient of a New Jersey Law Journal “New Leaders of the Bar” honor. He lives in Mullica Hill in Gloucester County.
