Tram is a member of Archer’s Business Counseling Group. She assists public and privately held businesses on a variety of transactional and corporate matters, including the preparation and review of contracts, corporate governance documents, licensing, manufacturing, supply, and distribution agreements. Tram works with clients on confidentiality, non-solicitation, and non-competition agreements.

Tram received her J.D. from Temple University Beasley School of Law. While in law school, Tram served as an intern for the Honorable Karen S. Marston in the Eastern District Court of Pennsylvania. Tram also served as a legal intern for the Philadelphia Law Department: Affirmative & Special Litigation Unit, Pennsylvania Office of Attorney General: Bureau of Consumer Protection, and Philadelphia Legal Assistance: Unemployment Compensation Unit. In law school, Tram was a Staff Editor on the Temple Law Review and a member of the Moot Court Competition Team. She served as Co-President of the Asian Pacific American Law Student Association.
