Thomas N. Bantivoglio

THOMAS N. BANTIVOGLIO, an Of Counsel member of the law firm of Archer, P.C., Haddonfield, New Jersey, has throughout his career provided general corporate representation to closely held and publicly traded corporations, with particular emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, and income tax planning pertaining thereto.

Tom has also concentrated his practice in the administration of complex estates and trusts, particularly those with holdings in commercial real estate and operating closely held businesses.

Tom has also been active in serving as a Member of the Board of Directors of numerous publicly owned banks headquartered in the State of New Jersey, over a period of approximately forty years. He is presently active in providing financial management oversight of clients investment portfolios.

In connection with his association with private charitable foundations, Tom has been active in the screening of requests for grants from charitable associations, and in the providing of funding for major projects of charitable organizations operating in the Southern New Jersey area, which are engaged principally in the providing of medical services, education, and special care of children.

Tom has resided in Haddonfield, New Jersey and Delray Beach, Florida, with his wife Patricia, for sixty years. He has four children and five grandchildren.
