Themis L. Galanos

Themistocles (Themis) L. Galanos is a member of Archer’s Real Estate Group. Themis counsels a variety of clients in all aspects of commercial real estate acquisitions, sales, leasing, financing, and redevelopment. Themis works with clients to facilitate development projects and navigate the necessary code regulations faced at both the county and state levels. He also works with clients on structuring, negotiating, and drafting a variety of transactional documents, analyzing due diligence materials, and assisting with the coordination of deals through closing.

Prior to joining Archer, Themis was a staff attorney in the Real Estate group of a national law firm, where he worked closely with clients, developers, engineers and county and state officials on a variety of development projects.

Themis earned his J.D. from Widener University Delaware Law School, where he was a member of the Transactional Law Honor Society. While in law school, Themis served as a judicial intern for The Honorable Susan Peikes Gantman of the Superior Court of Pennsylvania.
