Robert J. Faugno

Robert focuses his practice on commercial litigation. He assists clients ranging from individuals and small businesses, to large corporations and public entities. Robert handles a variety of litigation matters, including those related to trademark infringement, non-compete agreements, contract disputes, consumer fraud claims, products liability, and business torts. Robert assists in all aspects of litigation, from client counseling and initial pleadings, to appeals.

Prior to joining Archer, Robert was an associate at a New Jersey law firm, where his practice focused on civil litigation matters. Following law school, Robert served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Peter F. Bariso, Jr., in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Hudson Vicinage.

Robert earned his J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law, where he was a Seton Hall Leadership Fellow, Rodino Society Co-President, and also served as a Student Attorney for the Civil Litigation Clinic.
