Rafael A. Llano

Rafael is an Associate in the firm’s Business Litigation Group and has a diverse commercial and complex civil litigation practice in state and federal courts in New Jersey and New York. Rafael represents corporate and individual clients in a variety of matters, including contract disputes, breaches of employment agreements and restrictive covenants, consumer fraud claims, and shareholder disputes. Rafael has also represented clients in insurance coverage and construction defect litigation.

Prior to joining Archer, Rafael was an associate at a New Jersey law firm where he represented clients in insurance coverage and business litigation. Following law school, Rafael served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Michael C. Gaus, J.S.C., Superior Court of New Jersey, Essex Vicinage.
