Nijgia Snapp

Nijgia is an Associate in Archer’s Environmental Law Practice Group, where she represents clients in matters regarding environmental counseling, regulatory compliance and environmental litigation. She specializes in complex environmental litigation, products liability claims, and toxic torts. Nijgia focuses on a wide range of matters, including cleanup and response costs, soil and groundwater contamination, and natural resource damage claims.

Nijgia graduated from Rutgers School of Law, where she served as Staff Editor for the Rutgers Journal of Law and Religion. She was the 1L Representative for the Rutgers Women’s Law Caucus and served as the Women’s Law Caucus Treasurer. Nijgia was the Rutgers Camden Athletics Assistant Track & Field/Cross Country Coach from August 2017 – May 2019.

While attending the University of Tennessee for her undergraduate degree, Nijgia became a two-time NCAA All-American in Track and Field, as well as a Southeastern Conference (SEC) Champion in Track and Field.

Nijgia served as an Intern for the Honorable Judge George S. Leone, Superior Court of New Jersey, Appellate Division, as well as serving as an Extern for the Rowan University General Counsel. Nijgia was an Archer Summer Associate.
