Overview
Monica focuses her practice on commercial litigation assisting clients ranging from individuals and small businesses to large corporations and public entities. She handles a variety of matters, including contract disputes, breaches of employment agreements and restrictive covenants, consumer fraud claims, and business torts, such as negligence, unjust enrichment, and breach of the duty of loyalty. Monica helps clients through all stages of litigation, from client counseling and initial pleadings to appeals.
A strong believer in justice and fairness, Monica wants to be an advocate for what others may be facing. She strives for excellence in everything she does, making it her mission to help others achieve their desired goals. Clients enjoy working with Monica and appreciate how attentive and responsive she is always with a clear goal of furthering their case. A natural problem solver, she feels that establishing clear communication and trust with her clients are the keys to success.
During law school, Monica served on the Appellate Advocacy Moot Court Board and as a student attorney in the Immigration and Human Rights Clinic. Monica was a judicial extern for the Honorable Robert H. Gardner of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Law Division, Civil Part, Newark, NJ, and also for the Honorable Maureen B. Mantineo of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Law Division, Family Part, Jersey City, NJ.
Monica is an active member in her local community and enjoys dedicating her efforts to helping charitable organizations.
