Monica T. Shenoda

Monica is a member of Archer’s Business Litigation Group. She assists clients ranging from individuals and small businesses, to large corporations and public entities. Monica handles a variety of litigation matters, including those related to contract disputes, breaches of employment agreements and restrictive covenants, consumer fraud claims, and business torts. Monica assists in all aspects of litigation, from client counseling and initial pleadings, to appeals.

Monica received her J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law. During law school, Monica served on the Appellate Advocacy Moot Court Board. She also served as a student attorney in the Immigration and Human Rights Clinic.  Monica was also a judicial extern for the Honorable Robert H. Gardner of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Law Division, Civil Part, Newark, NJ. She also served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Maureen B. Mantineo of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Law Division, Family Part, Jersey City, NJ.

Monica is an active member in her local community and enjoys dedicating efforts to charitable organizations.
