Lilli Wofsy

Lilli is a member of Archer’s Business Litigation Group. She assists clients ranging from individuals and small businesses, to large corporations and public entities. Lilli handles a variety of litigation matters, including contract disputes, trademark infringements, breaches of employment agreements and restrictive covenants, products liability disputes, consumer fraud claims, and business torts. Lilli assists in all aspects of litigation, from client counseling and initial pleadings, to appeals.

Prior to joining Archer, Lilli served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Lisa Rose of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Appellate Division. She also served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Ellen L. Koblitz of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Appellate Division, the Honorable John M. Vazquez of the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, and the Honorable Leo M. Gordon of the United States Court of International Trade.

Lilli received her J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law. During law school, Lilli served as the Fall Symposium Editor to the Seton Hall University Law Review and Student Director of the Appellate Advocacy Moot Court Board.

Lilli is an active member of her local community, and has worked as a summer lifeguard at the North Bergen Community Pool for over ten years.
