Lauren E. Krohn

Lauren is an associate specializing in complex environmental litigation, products liability claims, and toxic torts. She concentrates her practice on pursuing and defending complex environmental matters, focusing on issues related to corporate successorship and liability, cleanup and response costs, soil and groundwater contamination, diminution in value to property, and Natural Resource Damages. Lauren has experience in all phases of litigation, including drafting pleadings, drafting discovery requests and responses, managing large scale document reviews and productions, motion practice, and trial preparation.

Prior to joining Archer, Lauren was a judicial law clerk to the Hon. David M. Ragonese, Superior Court of New Jersey, Civil Division. She served as an intern in the United States District Court to the Hon. C. Darnell Jones, II, in the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, and to the Hon. Noel L. Hillman in the District of New Jersey. She was on the Executive Board for the Rutgers Law Journal as Research Editor. Lauren led the Rutgers Mediation Project and was a two-time participant of the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot in Vienna, Austria.
