Kenneth Ling is an Associate in Archer’s Real Estate and Business Counseling Practice Groups and represents a wide range of clients in corporate, business and real estate matters. Ken handles a variety of real estate-related matters, relating to the acquisition, disposition, financing, and leasing of real estate. Ken also handles a variety of corporate matters, including entity formation and dissolution, corporate governance, and mergers and acquisitions.
Ken graduated from Rutgers Law School, where he served as Articles Editor and Staff Editor for the Rutgers University Law Review. Ken also served as the Treasurer for the Asian-Pacific American Law Student Association (APALSA), and was the recipient of the Dean’s Academic Excellence Scholarship.
Ken was the recipient of the Archer APABA-PA Diversity Scholarship, which afforded him an internship with the legal department of AmerisourceBergen Corporation, and at Archer. His prior work experience includes serving as a judicial extern for the Honorable Robert B. Kugler, United States District Judge for the District of New Jersey, and the Honorable Karen M. Williams, United States Magistrate Judge for the District of New Jersey.
