Mr. DiPasquale concentrates his practice in the areas of real estate, land use and financing. He counsels clients on the acquisition, development, financing, and leasing of commercial real estate.
Prior to joining Archer, Mr. DiPasquale was an associate at a law firm in Philadelphia, where he represented clients ranging from private equity funds to CMBS servicers in a variety of transactional matters. Before becoming an attorney, Mr. DiPasquale worked in commercial real estate brokerage and capital markets, where he managed marketing, underwriting and sales.
Mr. DiPasquale is actively involved in NAIOP, a commercial real estate trade association. He serves on the Board of the Philadelphia Chapter and is on the Developing Leaders Committee for rising young professionals in commercial real estate. Mr. DiPasquale is also active with NAIOP nationally, and has spoken on issues affecting Lenders’ and Tenants’ rights in the context of loan servicing.
A graduate of Temple University Beasley School of Law, Mr. DiPasquale clerked for the Honorable Robert J. Mellon at the Bucks County Court of Common Pleas, and served as an editor on the Temple Journal of Science, Technology and Environmental Law. He is licensed in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
