Jennifer N. McCracken is an Associate in Archer’s Real Estate Tax Appeal Practice Group, where she specializes in the litigation of complex commercial and industrial property tax appeals. Ms. McCracken advises clients on property tax issues, liabilities, and valuation at all stages of prosecution.
Ms. McCracken graduated from Widener University Delaware Law School, where she was a member of the Transactional Law Honor Society, Delaware Bankruptcy American Inn of Court, Alternative Dispute Resolution Society, and the Jessup International Moot Court. In addition, she served as the American Bar Association Liaison. Ms. McCracken was a Widener Law Scholar, as well as a twice recipient of the Honorable Rosalie B. Cooper Fellowship Award, and a recipient of the Honorable Nathan C. Staller Scholarship, and the Honorable Rudolph J. Rossetti Memorial Award.
Following law school, Ms. McCracken was a law clerk for the Honorable Michael J. Gilmore of the Tax Court of New Jersey. She also served as a Law Clerk for the IRS Office of Chief Counsel in Philadelphia, where along with her tax law work in the Small Business/Self-Employed division, she was admitted to the Student Practice Program of the United States Tax Court.
