Jason Zoranski

Jason is a member of Archer’s Business Counseling Group, where he focuses his practice on federal and state income tax matters. Jason regularly advises clients on federal and state income tax issues related to the operations and activities of corporations, limited liability companies, partnerships, and tax-exempt organizations. He also assists clients in various corporate transactions, such as mergers and acquisitions, asset purchases, stock purchases, membership interest purchases, joint ventures, restructurings, financing, business dissolutions, and commercial transactions.

Prior to joining Archer, Jason was a Mergers and Acquisitions Tax Senior Associate at a “Big Four” accounting firm, where he advised clients on the federal income tax implications of domestic and international transactions, including taxable and tax-free mergers and acquisitions. Jason also served as an Honors Legal Intern for the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
