Harrison H.D. Breakstone is an Associate at Archer. Harrison’s practice focuses on bankruptcy litigation, corporate restructuring, debtors’ and creditors’ rights and general commercial litigation.
Harrison earned his J.D. in 2016 from Brooklyn Law School, having received the American Bankruptcy Law Journal Student Prize. Prior to attending law school, he completed his B.S. from Vanderbilt University in 2012, majoring in Human and Organizational Development with a concentration in Corporate Strategy. Harrison is admitted to practice in the State of New York and the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
Harrison served as a student intern to the Hon. Carla Craig, Chief Judge of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of New York. He also served as a judicial intern with the New York State Supreme Court in Brooklyn.
