Corinne is an Associate in Archer’s Business Counseling Group and Intellectual Property Group, where she represents a wide range of clients in a variety of trademark and copyright matters, corporate matters, including entity formation and dissolution, corporate governance, and commercial transactions.
Counseling both large and small businesses on issues which arise in their daily operations, Corinne regularly assists clients in the preparation, review and negotiation of contracts, including corporate governance documents, such as bylaws, operating agreements, shareholder agreements and resolutions/consents, as well as the preparation of master services agreements, non-disclosure agreements and licensing agreements, among others. Corinne assists clients in trademark and copyright matters, as well as various corporate transactions, such as asset purchases, stock purchases, membership interest purchases, joint ventures and business dissolutions.
Prior to joining Archer, Corinne was an associate in a Manhattan-based law firm, where she focused on intellectual property law. While in law school, Corinne completed a judicial internship under the Honorable Leo M. Gordon at the United States Court of International Trade in New York. Corinne earned her J.D. from New York Law School, where she served as Senior Editor of the Dispute Resolution Team, as well as President of the Asian American Law Student Association.
