Cora A. Caver is an Associate in Archer’s Labor & Employment Practice Group. Cora represents employers in employment litigation matters and contract disputes. A significant portion of Cora’s practice is focused on defending clients against a variety of employment-related claims such as those pertaining to discrimination, retaliation, wrongful discharge, and wage and hour issues, among others.
Cora has extensive experience managing electronic discovery in complex state and federal matters. She effectively and efficiently implements solutions concerning general document management focused on the individual business needs of her clients. She guides clients through problems and disputes affecting their business or personal matters, providing assistance that includes data preservation, data collection and storage, and electronic and hardcopy document review and production.
Cora received a J.D. degree from Rutgers School of Law in 2014. She was a member of the Philadelphia Diversity Law Group, Black Law Student Association, and the Association for Public Interest Law. She participated in the Children’s Justice Clinic, Volunteer Income Tax Assistance Program and Mediation Project.
