Cora A. Caver is an associate in the Labor & Employment Department of Archer & Greiner. She has experience in a range of areas including e-discovery, representing management in employment-related litigation, collective bargaining negotiations, and contract disputes. Cora concentrates her practice on defending against a variety of employment-related claims such as those pertaining to discrimination, retaliation, wrongful discharge, and wage and hour issues.
Prior to joining Archer & Greiner, Cora was an associate at a regional law firm where she practiced employment law, products liability law, and white collar defense and corporate compliance.
Cora received a J.D. degree from Rutgers School of Law in 2014. She was a member of the Philadelphia Diversity Law Group, Black Law Student Association and the Association for Public Interest Law. She participated in the Children’s Justice Clinic, Volunteer Income Tax Assistance Program and Mediation Project.
