Bryant P. Churbuck

Bryant P. Churbuck is a law clerk with the firm. Bryant’s practice focuses on bankruptcy litigation, corporate restructuring, debtors’ and creditors’ rights and general commercial litigation.

Bryant served as a judicial intern to the Hon. Eric N. Vitaliano, Senior District Court Judge for the Eastern District of New York. He also served as a judicial intern with the New York State Supreme Court in Mineola.

Bryant earned his J.D. from St. John’s University School of Law, where he served on the board of the Moot Court Honor Society and as a staff member of the American Bankruptcy Institute Law Review. Prior to attending law school, Bryant received his B.S. from SUNY Oneonta in 2010, majoring in political science and minoring in philosophy. He is awaiting admission to the bar in New York.
