Anthony Paolini III is an Associate in Archer’s Family Law and Matrimonial Practice Group, where he focuses his practice in all aspects of family law, including divorce, adoption, parental rights, custody, support, and domestic violence.
Anthony is a graduate of Rutgers School of Law, where he was a staff member of the Rutgers Law School Civil Practice Clinic. The Clinic is a valuable and much needed service to the Camden, NJ community. Providing representation in civil cases related to divorce and guardianship, Anthony interviewed clients, drafted documents and briefs, filed motions and complaints, communicated with the court and opposing counsel for case specific matters, and argued a hearing for a no fault divorce at the Superior Court of New Jersey in Camden County.
Following law school, Anthony served as a law clerk to the Honorable John J. Burke III of the New Jersey Superior Court Family Division in Burlington County, NJ. Anthony is a member of the Thomas Forkin American Inns of Court, Burlington County, and a member of the Burlington County Bar Association.
