Archer Promotes Three Attorneys to Partner

Archer is pleased to announce that attorneys Melissa Osorio Dibble, Pete Jamison and Jonathan P. Rardin have been named partners of the firm, effective January 1, 2020. The new partners were previously associates with Archer, one of the region’s largest law firms. They represent a diverse base of clients in several practice areas, which include estate and trust litigation, environmental law, trade secret protection and non-compete, and commercial litigation.

MELISSA OSORIO DIBBLE concentrates her practice in the area of Estate and Trust Litigation in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Melissa has handled all varieties of probate, general equity, and Orphans’ Court matters, including, but not limited to accountings, will contests, breach of fiduciary duty actions, contested guardianships, writings intended as wills, trust modifications, and matters involving the Uniform Prudent Management of Institutional Funds Act and the Slayer Statute. Melissa has represented institutions and individuals, including banks, universities, executors, trustees, beneficiaries of estates and trusts, and intestate heirs. Melissa is a frequent speaker on topics regarding estate and trust litigation and has authored articles on the doctrine of writings intended as wills and the Uniform Trust Code.

PETE JAMISON concentrates his practice on environmental counseling, regulatory compliance and environmental litigation in state and federal courts. Pete assists in counseling clients on a variety of federal environmental laws and their state counterparts, including the Clean Air and Water Acts, and the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act. Pete also has experience litigating environmental matters and assisting clients identified as potentially responsible parties at former industrial sites throughout the United States. Pete’s litigation practice covers a wide range of matters including citizen suits, toxic tort actions, natural resource damage claims, third-party actions and enforcement proceedings. His work on these matters regularly involves litigating corporate successor liability issues, contractual indemnification claims and the equitable allocation of cleanup costs.

JONATHAN P. RARDIN concentrates his practice in commercial disputes, including contract disputes, shareholder disputes and non-compete litigation. Jonathan also has significant experience defending both private and public employers in civil rights actions before state and federal courts and administrative bodies, such as the Pennsylvania Human Relations Commission and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. Jonathan has experience representing land owners in various types of real estate litigation, including adverse possession claims, lot line disputes, landlord-tenant actions and title disputes. He has handled these issues before State Trial and Appellate Courts. Jonathan’s litigation practice also includes trade secret protection, tax litigation and estate litigation. He has represented a variety of clients, including large private businesses, small closely held businesses and government agencies.
