Archer Announces Five New Partners

HADDONFIELD, NJ – October 1, 2006 – The law firm of Archer P.C. is pleased to announce that Carlos Bollar, John D. Cranmer, Edward J. Kelleher, , Jamie A. Slimm and Kathleen Pasquarello Stockton have been named partners of the firm.

CARLOS BOLLAR joined Archer in 2000. He is a member of the Firm’s Environmental Litigation practice group litigating complex civil matters. He has extensive experience in environmental, toxic tort and product liability matters. He earned his J.D. from Rutgers University School of Law, as well as his B.A., from Rutgers University. He resides in Mt. Laurel, New Jersey.

JOHN D. CRANMER joined Archer in 2003. He concentrates his practice in the areas of real estate development, real estate transactions, commercial real estate, commercial lending, real estate brokerage, fair housing law, affordable housing law and land use & environmental permitting. He earned his Masters in City & Regional Planning and J.D. from Rutgers University and his B.S. from Old Dominion University. He resides in Moorestown, New Jersey.

EDWARD J. KELLEHER joined Archer in 1997. His practice focuses in the area of commercial litigation in the state and federal courts. He has significant experience litigating cases in the areas of contract, restrictive employment covenants, duty of loyalty, lemon law, automobile dealerships, consumer fraud, collection issues, class action, business torts, commissions and Uniform Commercial Code. Ed earned his J.D., high honors, from Rutgers University School of Law and his B.A., summa cum laude, from Drew University. He resides in Wenonah, New Jersey.

JAMIE A. SLIMM joined Archer in 1998. She is a member of the Firm’s Environmental Litigation practice group. Jamie has significant experience in complex environmental litigation and class actions involving soil and groundwater contamination under common law theories and various spill fund legislation, as well as issues of property damage and personal injury resulting from contaminant exposure. She also routinely provides advice regarding regulatory compliance issues. She earned her J.D., with honors, from Rutgers University School of Law and her B.A. from Mount Holyoke College. She resides in Moorestown, New Jersey.

KATHLEEN PASQUARELLO STOCKTON joined Archer in 1999. She is a member of the Family Law Department and concentrates her practice in all areas of family law, including divorce, custody, child support, domestic violence, and adoption matters. She earned her J.D. from Rutgers University School of Law-Camden, as well as her B.A., from Rutgers University-Camden. She resides in Delanco, New Jersey.
