Anthony R. La Ratta, a shareholder in Archer’s Haddonfield office, will be honored by Bishop Eustace Preparatory School with the Excalibur Award, the school’s most prestigious alumni award. The Alumni Association introduced the Excalibur Award in 1991 to recognize graduates who have distinguished themselves for civic, religious, humanitarian, professional or academic reasons. Bishop Eustace Preparatory School is a private college preparatory school in Pennsauken, NJ. The Excalibur Awards ceremony will take place on Saturday, April 13, 2019, at 7:00 pm in the Lulli Library.
Mr. La Ratta concentrates his practice in the area of Trust & Estate litigation, with an emphasis in litigation involving probate matters, estates, trusts, guardianships, and fiduciaries. Mr. La Ratta has represented institutions and individuals in a variety of contexts, including banks, corporate fiduciaries, executors, trustees, beneficiaries of estates and trusts, incapacitated persons, surviving spouses, and intestate heirs. He has handled cases involving will contests, undue influence, diminished capacity, contested guardianships, writings intended as wills, breach of fiduciary duty, and accountings of estates and trusts.
