PRINCETON, NJ – December 28, 2006 – Archer, P.C. is pleased to announce the addition of Alma Lutjen Abrams, Esquire to the firm’s Real Estate Department. Ms. Abrams joins Archer as of counsel in the firm’s Princeton office, and will focus much of her practice in the field of property valuation concentrating on local property taxation.
Prior to joining Archer, Ms. Abrams, a Certified Tax Assessor, spent over 20 years handling all aspects of property tax law litigation in New Jersey, Pennsylvania and New York for both governmental and private clients. She is a frequent lecturer before the Edward J. Bloustein School of Planning and Public Policy, Center for Governmental Services; the New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education; and numerous assessors’ associations, taxpayer groups and homeowners’ associations. She also has written articles for such publications as the New Jersey Law Journal, Better Business Magazine, The Metropolitan Corporate Counsel, and Current Trends
Ms. Abrams received her law degree from Temple University, Beasley School of Law and received a bachelors degree, magna cum laude, from Ramapo College of New Jersey. Ms. Abrams is admitted to practice in state and federal courts in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. She currently resides in Ringoes, New Jersey.
