Real Estate Tax Appeal
What is a real estate tax appeal?
A real estate tax appeal is filed in order to lower the assessment of a parcel of real property. The assessment is made by the municipality in which the property is located.
The Archer & Greiner Real Estate Tax Appeal Group will consult with you at no charge to analyze your potential for reducing real estate property taxes. Our Group consists of a former law clerk to the Presiding Judge of the New Jersey Tax Court and two other experienced tax appeal attorneys.
