Gillen, Ph.D, Senior Research Fellow, Lindy Institute for Urban Innovation, Drexel University, and Reginald Ross, Director of Econometrics for Jones Lang LaSalle, presented along with Mr. Schneider.
The presentation addressed issues of uniformity and non-discrimination in real estate assessment and taxation, assessment appeal and trial procedures, appropriate stabilized valuation methodologies for assessment purposes, and real estate market trends in Philadelphia.
Mr. Schneider handles valuation related litigation, including complex commercial and industrial tax appeals in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and throughout the East Coast region.
