Michael A. Weinberg has been elected to the Board of Directors of Archer & Greiner P.C., firm President Christopher R. Gibson and Chairman James H. Carll announced.
Mr. Weinberg has been with Archer since 2005 and has been a shareholder of the firm since 2011. In addition to his position on the Board of Directors, Mr. Weinberg serves as Co-Chair of the firm’s Family Law Department. Mr. Weinberg is a Certified Matrimonial Attorney and has over 20 years of experience in matrimonial law and family law matters. He is Co-Chair of the Camden County Bar Association Family Law Section Executive Committee. Mr. Weinberg serves as the Chair-Elect of the Family Law Section of the New Jersey State Bar Association and is Associate Managing Editor of the New Jersey Family Lawyer, a publication of the NJSBA Family Law Section. He is also a Matrimonial Early Settlement Panelist for Burlington, Camden and Gloucester Counties.
Mr. Weinberg has been named to the Best Lawyers in America for 2016 and 2017, and named a “Top Attorney” for divorce and family law by SJ Magazine in 2014. He is a Master in the Thomas S. Forkin Inns of Court and is a former Chair of the Membership Committee. Mr. Weinberg has lectured for ICLE, the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers, American Trial Lawyers Association, and the National Business Institute, and has appeared on the television programs “Legal Lines” and “Legally Speaking.” A former adjunct professor at Burlington County College, he assisted with the “Bankruptcy and Divorce” chapter in New Jersey Family Law Practice, 2002 Edition and 2006 Edition.
