TRACY ASPER WOLAK concentrates her practice in the representation of management in all aspects of Labor and Employment Law. Areas of litigation include, Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the New Jersey Law Against Discrimination, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act, and the New Jersey Family Leave Act. Ms. Wolak also assists in the counseling of employers in all aspects of labor and employment law, including wage and hour, wrongful discharge, review of employer personnel policies and handbooks, employment-at-will, and discrimination law matters.

Tracy Asper Wolak has been an associate with Archer & Greiner since September, 2000. She earned her J.D. from Widener University School of Law, magna cum laude, in May, 2000. While attending law school, Tracy was a member of the Delaware Journal of Corporate Law and Phi Kappa Phi. She earned her B.A. in political science, magna cum laude, from Moravian College in Bethlehem, PA.

Tracy was admitted to the New Jersey and Pennsylvania bars in November, 2000. She is a member of the New Jersey and Camden County Bar Associations. She is also a member of the Sidney Reitman Employment Law American Inn of Court – Associate (2001-2003; 2003-2005). Ms. Wolak currently serves on the Board of Directors of the YWCA of Camden County and Vicinity.
