TIFFANY WAGNER DONIO is an associate in the firm’s Corporate Services practice and is a member of the corporate department, nonprofit law and tax law groups. She advises nonprofit organizations, business entities and their principals in a variety of matters, including entity formation, corporate governance, corporate and partnership terminations, business and tax planning, compliance with federal, state and local tax laws, and public company reporting obligations. Tiffany also has experience representing clients in various federal and state tax controversies, including abatement requests, offers in compromise, and responses to notices and assessments from federal and state taxing authorities.

Prior to practicing law, Tiffany was a public accountant in Princeton, New Jersey. She is a licensed certified public accountant in the State of New Jersey. Tiffany currently resides in Woolwich Township, New Jersey.
