Biography:

STEPHANIE GANNON is an associate in the Commercial Litigation and Intellectual Property Practice Groups at Archer & Greiner, P.C. and serves as a member of the firm’s Trial Technology Working Group.

Ms. Gannon has significant experience handling matters in the state and federal courts of New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Her practice focuses on intellectual property litigation, contractual disputes, and education law issues. Based on her experience in complex litigation, Ms. Gannon is well-versed in issues related to electronic discovery. In addition, Ms. Gannon has counseled clients on a variety of issues, including contractual rights, employment, and statutory compliance.

During law school, Ms. Gannon was a member of Boston University’s International Law Journal and represented clients as a student attorney through Boston University’s Civil Litigation Clinical Program and Greater Boston Legal Services.

Ms. Gannon is currently a member of the Intellectual Property Committee of the Philadelphia Bar Association, the Benjamin Franklin Inn of Court, the Intellectual Property Litigation Committee of the American Bar Association, and the Young Professionals Network of the Greater Philadelphia Chamber of Commerce.
