Biography:

STACEY SINCLAIR concentrates her practice in the area of environmental litigation in both state and federal courts. She has significant experience in complex litigation involving environmental issues of soil and groundwater contamination under common law theories and various spill fund legislation, as well as issues of property damage and physical injury as a result of contaminant exposure.

Stacey has been responsible for handling single site cases in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and New York involving multiple parties and has been involved in various class actions involving similar environmental issues. Her involvement in defending environmental claims has required the management of a substantial volume of documents and the coordination of various expert opinions in cases of significant amounts in controversy.

In addition to handling environmental litigation, Stacey also provides regulatory advice regarding compliance with various state spill fund legislation, including negotiations with state DEP representatives and private claimants, procurement of access to permit investigation and remediation, and the reimbursement of expenses through spill funds.

Stacey also has significant experience in prosecuting and defending claims under the Petroleum Marketing Practices Act.
