Biography:

RICHARD G. TUTTLE practices as a corporate generalist, assisting business organizations with corporate planning, acquisitions and divestitures, commercial transactions, commercial litigation, labor and employment litigation and counseling, and insurance. He also frequently briefs and argues complex appeals in various federal and state appellate courts.

Mr. Tuttle’s clients include small, medium and large companies, many of which are involved in manufacturing and distribution, domestically and internationally. Mr. Tuttle joined Archer & Greiner in 2004. Before joining Archer & Greiner, Mr. Tuttle practiced with his partner, Jeffrey Kolansky (now an A&G partner), in Philadelphia for more than a decade. Before opening a practice with Mr. Kolansky, Mr. Tuttle served as a law clerk to the Honorable Clarence C. Newcomer, United States District Judge for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, and the Honorable A. Leon Higginbotham, Jr., Circuit Judge on the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. Mr. Tuttle served as an Assistant District Attorney in Philadelphia in 1980-81.
