| Biography: | RICHARD GRUNGO, Jr. has won over $46 million in jury verdicts and settlements since 2006. With the vast and diversified resources of Archer & Greiner behind him, Mr. Grungo uses the latest in courtroom technology to maximize impact and consistently obtain the best results for his clients. Some of Mr. Grungo’s recent results include: • $26 million verdict for autistic child's physical and sexual abuse by therapist. (See news story) Mr. Grungo began his law career as a summer clerk at Archer & Greiner, South Jersey's largest law firm, established in 1928. Upon graduation from law school, he joined the firm's Litigation Department. Trained by some of the best lawyers in the state, Mr. Grungo learned the skills necessary to be an effective trial advocate and quickly rose to Partner in the firm. Mr. Grungo’s trial skills and experience have been recognized by the New Jersey Supreme Court, which designated him a Certified Civil Trial Attorney following a rigorous, court-supervised regimen of peer and judicial review, analysis of trial experience, continuing education and written examination. His peers have repeatedly recognized Mr. Grungo's trial skills, resulting in his designation as a Super Lawyers Rising Star in 2006, 2007, 2008 and 2009. He is a member of the New Jersey Association for Justice, Pennsylvania Association for Justice, Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Association and Philadelphia Bar Association. The New Jersey Institute of Continuing Education has selected Mr. Grungo to teach civil trial preparation to newly admitted attorneys as part of their mandatory continuing education requirements. He has lectured at the New Jersey Association for Justice annual Boardwalk seminar on medical malpractice, as well as at various county bar associations on topics related to personal injury litigation.
