REBECCA RAKOSKI is an associate in our litigation department concentrating her practice in matters involving bankruptcy, debtor/creditor rights and a wide range of litigation issues. Rebecca has substantial litigation experience in both State and Federal Court in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Rebecca represents large and small business in a variety of litigation work, including landlord-tenant issues, commercial leases, and contract disputes. Rebecca has experience representing debtors, trustees, unsecured creditors, and secured creditors in Chapter 11 reorganization and liquidation cases, Chapter 7 cases, and related adversary proceedings.

Prior to joining Archer & Greiner, Rebecca was the law clerk to the Honorable Patricia Richmond LeBon, Superior Court of New Jersey, Burlington County.

Rebecca attended Widener University School of Law in Delaware where she was an active member and leader in the school’s Moot Court program. In addition to her participation in the Admiralty Law Competition in New Orleans, Rebecca served as the Corporate Law Chairperson for one of the largest corporate law Moot Court Competitions in the country.

Rebecca’s memberships include:

Burlington County Bar Association.
